Boarding

• breakfasts in the form of a buffet extended by warm meals (included in the accommodation price)
• providing dinners and suppers by bringing meals from selected restaurants located in the surroundings or by preparing simple menus in the hotel itself - sandwiches, pastries, etc.
• NONSTOP possibility of self-service purchase of nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages as well as groceries from the refrigerator boxes in the hotel lobby (mineral waters, juices, beers, ham, cheeses, etc.)
• several restaurants with all-day opening hours in the vicinity of the hotel
• meal preparation in the fitted kitchen facilities in the hotel rooms

Other services

• Transportation
  We provide transportation for our guests from the airport Prague - Ruzyně, from Prague’s railway stations (Prague Main Railway Station, Holešovice Railway Station), or from the Central Bus Station Florenc to the hotel and, after the stay has ended, back to the mentioned destinations.
• Car renting
  We will convey car renting services to you according to your demands on the car. The vehicle will be available on time directly in front of the hotel.
• Parking lot
  The hotel parking lot, which is guarded by a surveillance system, holds approximately up to 10 passenger vehicles.
• Mountain bikes renting
  We rent out quality mountain bikes suitable for the local terrain. Říčany is an ideal place for hiking as well as cycling. Marked bicycle routs start right next to the hotel. For better orientation, we offer cycling maps of the surrounding areas for sale (apt also for jogging and hiking).
• Laundering, dry cleaning, and ironing clothes - within 24 hours
  Thanks to our laundry and dry cleaning machines, we provide laundering, cleaning, and ironing of clothes from Monday through Saturday.
• Selling souvenirs
  In the hotel lobby, our guests have the opportunity to buy souvenirs, Bohemian glass, postcards, maps, and basic hygiene equipment.
• TV and DVD in the hall
  Besides the TV sets in the rooms, our guests may also use a TV set with a DVD player in the hotel hall.
• Providing for cultural events
  We will gladly convey the purchase of tickets to theatre, opera, and other shows, excursions into factories (Škoda Mladá Boleslav) and breweries (Plzeňský prazdroj, Velkopopovický Kozel), sightseeing tours of Prague, sailing trips on the Vltava, sightseeing trips to Karlštejn Castle, Konopiště Castle, Terezín Memorial, Karlovy Vary, Kutná Hora, Český Krumlov, and other interesting places We also provide for incentive and experience events.

Special services for allergic persons

We are familiar with the needs of people who suffer from allergies, and we know that it is often difficult to find a suitable accommodation and boarding for them while on a trip. That is why, already in the stage of interior design, we took heed to using materials that allow the wet cleaning method, to having removable carpets, and to make sure that the beddings and mattress upholstery layers can be laundered at least at 70°C. The hotel is fitted with efficient steam cleaning apparatuses which allow cleaning at high temperatures while avoiding the use of any chemical substances. The groceries have labels containing information on their composition. Moreover, we are ready to provide special types of food.

If you suffer from allergies, please fill out the form called “special services“ which is attached to the online reservation form. Based on the information you provide us with, we will further contact you in order to satisfy your needs as best as we can.

We offer:

A special room cleanup just before the guest’s arrival

• cleaning without chemical substances (using a professional steam device)
• laundering draperies
• cleaning windows
• washing or removing carpets
• laundering beddings, pillows, and mattress upholstery layers at 70°C

Food allergies - special food

• the nutrition composition is stated on all food that is being sold at the hotel
• all groceries are chosen with respect to minimizing the content of food additives (for instance, pastry, sausages, and dairy products with the minimal amount of E-additives and preservatives)
• selection of special pastry and groceries free of allergens (gluten, milk, etc.); optional purchase of other special groceries
• consultation and advisory services (how and where to eat during the stay, choosing appropriate products and brands, translations of allergen types into Czech, providing instructions for eating at restaurants)
• selling quality products that contain prebiotics and probiotics for maintaining digestion balance in the course of travelling

Medical care

In a short distance from the hotel, a children’s medical facility is located for children suffering from asthma and allergies; therefore, there is also the possibility of medical treatment in case of emergency. Before you leave home, we recommend you to visit your medical specialist (allergist, immunologist, or gastroenterologist), have a sufficient amount of medication prescribed with respect to your needs, and consult a proper treatment in case of an abrupt change in your health condition. Take into consideration the fact that the availability of medication you are using may differ from one country to another.
